First World Day for Grandparents and the Elderly

The First World Day for Grandparents and the Elderly will take place on the fourth Sunday of July 2021. We have created a range of products to mark this event.

Pope Francis has granted a plenary indulgence to grandparents, the elderly, and all those who participate in a solemn celebration of this day as well as to those who spend time (actually or virtually) with an elderly brother or sister in need on this day.

A Fantastic Opportunity to Encourage Young People to Visit their Church.

We think this event is a great opportunity for churches to encourage younger members of the community to visit their local church and spend some time in prayer or perhaps to light a candle for a grandparent or elderly friend or relative. We have produced a range of post cards which can be left at the back of the church – people can come to pray and then take a card to send to a loved one or, better yet, to deliver by hand.

Say a prayer, Send a Card, Show you care.

Details of all our products can be found below.
